Lead Admin-Cloud Security Engineer

Cloud Security Engineer operating processes under the following approach:

• Candidate should have at least 6 years or more of experience in Palo Alto firewall deployment in Cloud.
  
• Working knowledge of BGP routing protocol
  
• Knowledge on hybrid public cloud
  
• Experience in configuring policies in Palo Alto firewall
  
• Good knowledge in analyzing network traffic on firewall
  
• Good to have DevOps skills
  

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Jenkins and GIT.
  

• Used Ansible as configuration management tool to automate repetitive tasks.
  
• Should be able to identify connectivity drop along the network path
  
• Ensure the configuration of rules are as per security standards
  
• Should be able to configure onprem to cloud connectivity termination of connections
  
• Experience of solving Priority 1 tickets and driving calls related to.
  
• Help to drive architectural improvements and standardization for the infrastructure/security environments
  
• Ensure controls are in place for all configuration items and only authorized changes are made for all assets within enterprise IT environment
  
• Build knowledge and expertise in the specific areas covered by the Cloud Service
  
• Worked on infrastructure including servers cloud patching or migrations activities on Linux.
  
• Good Communication (verbal and written) skills.
  
• Experience of working in ITIL ITSM tool like Service Now
  
• Networking Cloud both are equally required
  
• Troubleshooting network connectivity issue
  
• Report to Service Deliver Manager on service issues and / or opportunities to optimize the cloud network services
  
• Support external technical resources in providing the right expertise to deliver and shape the service
  
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken) Good written presentation and verbal communication skills
  

Additional skills preferred are:

1. University degree level education or comparable education in Computer Science OR Engineering Science (technical background) OR work experience as cloud engineer in a global enterprise.
   
2. Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
   
3. Proven record in handling large infrastructure with complex network projects on a global scale.
   
4. Interaction with a typically diverse internal and external audience and is required to interpret and communicate complex information
   
5. Understands the needs of the business and aspects of the external environment (and their impact on the own area of responsibility)
   
6. Knowledge on hybrid public cloud (AWS/Azure)
   
7. Knowledge of IP networking and security in AWS VPNs DNS load balancing security and interaction with onsite security and networking systems. Certification is a plus.
   
8. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk
   
9. Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
   
10. Understanding of Agile methodology is a plus.
