About The Role
The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for endtoend business management KDs Strategic Agents and Sub Agentsincluding delivery of topline performance providing leadership to assigned Territory Managers and Area Sales Executives within your assigned cluster.

Main Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for the endtoend business management.
  • Direct line management of Territory Managers and Area Sales Executives
  • Accompaniment & OTJ development of TMs and ASEs
  • Follows all FML Policies SOPs etc. pertaining to the job.
  • Weekly/Monthly meeting with TMs/ASEs to define their goals & targets and ensure implementation.
  • Evaluate and discuss the support requested by subordinates to achieve their targets for the month.
  • Ensure proactive communication of targets beat or meet timelines
  • Monitor and analyze the evolution of the KPIs of each TMs/ASEs. (Vendor Attendance SPVD Utilization MSL etc.)
  • Ensure the actual use of established and appropriate tools to execute duties (Navision HHT etc.)
  • Produce a comprehensive summary of the corrective measures to be taken to achieve targets.
  • Setting personal development goals for subordinates in his/her team to improve their skills and ensuring achievement of goals.
  • Perform a quarterly assessment of TMs & ASEs to enable the development and proficiency of the team
  • Organizes specific programs such as weekly checkups and report pertinent results to the Sales Director
  • Monitor the advance midmonth and final result at the end of each goal.
  • Monthly control of the cluster overhead charge and correction of deviations where needed
  • To assist with the resources needed for quarterly assessment during stock taking safe storage and handling of goods and finished products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field.
  • 5 8 years strong commercial background (Sales and Marketing).
  • 5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong influencing & leadership skills.
  • Profound understanding of the Retail landscape.
  • A proven track record in FMCG Sales with large customers and solid customer marketing.
  • In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Resident of designated cluster is a plus.
  • Knowledge of key markets in the cluster is preferred.
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft office.
  • Leadership experience to influence corporate decisionmaking and ability to attract develop and maintain high
    performers.
  • Good understanding of retail and consumer landscape.
  • Global framework localization deployment experience.
  • Good understanding of marketing strategy and financials.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong logic and analytical skills.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve breakthrough results through the course of work.
  • Solid customer marketing experience in FMCG.
