Job Description

The Lakhani Group is a prominent hotel development and construction company based in Lisbon known for delivering complex hotel construction and refurbishment projects. Partnering with The Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand we are dedicated to creating worldclass hospitality experiences. As we expand we seek a Professional Assistant fluent in English Portuguese and Hindi to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Professional Assistant with trilingual capabilities in English Portuguese and Hindi. This role is crucial in providing executive support and ensuring seamless communication within the company and with external partners. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills cultural awareness and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the executive team including managing schedules organizing meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Trilingual Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the executive team and stakeholders facilitating clear and effective communication in English Portuguese and Hindi.
  • Document Management: Prepare review and organize documents presentations and reports ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and manage meetings prepare agendas take minutes and track followup actions.
  • Office Administration: Handle general office duties such as correspondence management filing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects assigned by the executive team ensuring timely completion and goal achievement.
  • Translation and Interpretation: Provide translation and interpretation services to ensure smooth communication across languages.
  • Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.


Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English Portuguese and Hindi with excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or executive assistant role ideally in a multicultural environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and comfortable with office technology.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities capable of working effectively with diverse teams and individuals at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of both Portuguese and Indian cultures with the ability to navigate and respect cultural differences in communication and business practices.
