IT Applications Lead

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand business objectives challenges and opportunities and translate them into IT initiatives and solutions ensuring the alignment of IT applications with the strategic goals of the business
  
• Oversee the implementation and management of key business applications such as ERP CRM Data and Analytics platforms and other retail/QSR platforms
  
• Manage the integration of various applications within the retail setup ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
  
• Partner with business leaders to identify areas for improvements and innovation across organization processes leveraging technology and datadriven insights.
  
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance process and operations effectiveness
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and partners evaluating new technologies and solutions to support business objectives.
  
• Provide training support and documentation to endusers to ensure effective utilization of IT systems and tools.
  
• Contribute to the development of data and analytics initiatives driving insights and actionable recommendations for business growth.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for continuous improvements.
