Power Platform PP Business Analyst

• Support and advise internal Users on how to evaluate Hyperautomation ideas and opportunities that could be implemented using Power Platform and O365
  
• Bridge the gap between Business Teams IT teams Individual Users and Hyperautomation team
  
• Evaluate processes to anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement
  
• Conduct Workshops and other opportunity identification exercises for Hyperautomation solutions
  
• Gather and analyze detailed requirements for Hyperautomation projects
  
• Create and maintain documentation capturing detailed requirements
  
• Collaborate with Hyperautomation Solution Designers to clarify requirements and contribute to the overall design of Hyperautomation solutions
  
• Collaborate and support Hyperautomation Development and Operations teams during Delivery and Support
  
• Support Hyperautomation Business Analysis Lead to maintain a relevant sustainable and scalable Hyperautomation operating model framework processes and templates
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Review and Retrospective)
  
• Keep abreast of the technical evolution within Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystems and other automation platforms and technologies
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional degree in computer science of Information Technology
  
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Low Code projects (Power Platform preferred)
  
• Hyper Automation experience; especially on MS Power platform
  
• Experienced with process analysis and mapping
  
• Work experience in Requirement Gathering activities for Power Platform projects
  
• Familiarity in all phases of Power Platform solution development and associated methodology
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and methodologies
  
• Experience integrating Power Platform with other technologies like RPA is a plus
  
• Experience in retail domain is good to have
  
• Hyper Automation related certification is good to have
  
• Fluency in English
