Field Sales Manager

The Field Sales Manager will report to the CEO of the firm.
The role requires a great motivator and trainer of door to door sales people with excellent communication and persuasion skills experience in field sales and a deep understanding of the doorto door sales industry in the UK.
You will be responsible for the hiring and developing of a high performing sales team. You will be responsible for the day to day in office and in field training of new and underperforming agents.
Minimum of 1 year doortodoor sales experience required.
Job Brief
- Team Management: Build motivate and lead a highperforming sales team in Manchester and develop further locations around England. Recruit train and coach team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with our clients key account managers
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyse sales performance identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize team effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the sales teams budget ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Recruitment: Interview candidates and select the best people for the field sales positions
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of field sales/management experience
- A proven track record of leading and developing residential (D2D) field sales teams!
- Individuals must be achievement oriented and growth minded
- Consistently high performer
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Competent in using field sales software
