Get to know Work With Island

Work With Island designs and manufactures soundproof cabins for new workspaces. Having worked in shared spaces we understand their limitations: few places to isolate oneself and meeting rooms often monopolized. It is to provide this moment of serenity and productivity that Work With Island was born. We produce in France using recycled and recyclable materials cabins for 1 to 4 people that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.

As part of our rapid growth Work With Island is looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our Operations team. Reporting to Camille our Logistics and Customer Relations Manager your role will be to provide exceptional service to our customers ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively and professionally. This position is crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty contributing to the companys reputation and sales growth.

Main responsabilities:

As a true multitasker you will work daily with the Sales and Operations teams on the following missions:

    • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
    • Product Expertise: Become a true product expert and continuously update your knowledge.
    • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer service issues.
    • Partner Training: Support service providers with product knowledge and ensure that all services meet Work With Islands standards.
    • Order Processing: Enter service orders into the ERP system track deliveries and communicate intervention requests to our final partners concisely and professionally.
    • Ticket Management: Diligently enter and track tickets in our ERP system with precision and accuracy.
    • Customer Feedback: Contact all detractors within 24 hours provide feedback to the account manager and propose solutions.
    • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales quality logistics and production teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Assist the Customer Service team during peak periods:

    • Order Entry: Enter orders into the ERP system.
    • Order Validation: Validate delivered files in the ERP system.

Camille joined WWI in April 2022 as Logistic Manager.

She loves sewing.
