Senior Marketing Manager I FX CFDs I Chinese Speaker

Our client is a multiasset trading platform with various global offerings to adapt to investors from all walks of life. Investors trading on our platform get access to 250 CFD financial instruments including Forex Commodities Indices and Shares.

What will you do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target the forex trading community.
• Lead and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns including digital social media email and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and threats in the forex market adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Enhance brand positioning through effective messaging storytelling and creative marketing initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through targeted campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI on marketing activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance making datadriven adjustments to meet KPIs.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to boost brand visibility.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in marketing experience in forex or fintech industry would be additional advantage.
• Strong understanding of forex markets and trading platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tool.
• Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
