Greater Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for a Agency Relationship Manager Remote Texas Location to join a dynamic and driven team at a Series A Insurtech company. Join a team and help build out their brokerage offering.

This company is on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic Agency Relationship Manager to join us! In this role you will focus on our customer engagement efforts forging strong connections with the insurance agencies we serve. Your mission will be to fuel growth by understanding agency needs communicating the company's value proposition and bringing valuable feedback to our internal team to continuously improve our offerings.

What you’ll do

  • Work with our Customer Experience and Marketing teams to Increase written premium by qualifying retail agents to identify areas of opportunity and/or increase monthly active user activity through outreach campaigns product education webinars and partnering in large account initiatives.

  • Own the relationship with assigned retail agents and be accountable for those agents submitting new business through your outreach.

  • Support new and existing retail agents with appetite training platform training and communicating new releases. Position the company a trusted commercial E&S wholesaler for small commercial P&C accounts.

  • Achieve Weekly Monthly and Quarterly production targets and KPIs.

  • Provide feedback from agents to our Product and Engineering teams to improve the company's capabilities and the agency experience.

  • Assist with planning and attending trade shows association meetings/events and managing any necessary follow up with potential contacts.

  • Roughly 3 days/week will be spent visiting agents and nurturing those relationship.

Your Experience/About you

  • 3 years of experience in the commercial P&C E&S space with nationallyrecognized insurance carriers intermediaries or brokerages.

  • Track record of building and maintaining strategic retail agent partnerships.

  • Direct experience within the MGA Programs or E&S Binding authority space is a plus.

  • Proven ability to lead sales meetings with senior executives at retail agencies.

  • Selfstarter with an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to constantly problem solve and think creatively while keeping goals in sight.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
