**Job Title:** Head Information Systems & Technology (IS&T)

**Location:** Lagos

**Travel Frequency:** Occasional

**Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

**Salary:**monthly

**Purpose of the Job:**

As a strategic business leader the Head of IS&T will leverage information technology to support the companys overall strategy turning IT into a competitive advantage.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

**ICT Strategy and Policy:**

Review and develop the companys ICT strategy to align with business goals.

**Management/Coordination:**

Lead and coordinate information systems to ensure their effective use across the company.

**Business Process Improvement:**

Optimize and automate internal business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

**Business Intelligence and Analytics:**

Manage dashboard systems to collect analyze and display information for informed decisionmaking.

**Recruitment:**

Oversee the recruitment of ICT professionals develop staff and manage exits to prevent disruptions.

**ICT Operations and Governance:**

Establish IT organization principles and ensure highperformance standards.

**Program Management:**

Coordinate the development and implementation of IT systems across the company.

### **Educational Qualifications:**

BSc in Computer Science Computer Technology or a related technology field.

An MBA or a business degree is a plus.

Strong background in Software Development and System Architectural design.

Experience as a CIO or Deputy CIO ideally within the IT/Telecom industry.

### **Requirements:**

1012 years of relevant experience with at least some in a CIO or equivalent role.

Proven track record in business development is an added advantage.

Ability to drive engagement accountability and vision within the IT department.

Proven experience in supervising IT departments and managing core IT functions.
