Dear Applicant for our client public sector company we are looking for a skilled Marketing and Communication Manager responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with the companys goals.

Responsibilities:

• Managing corporate communications and marketing product management
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels including website social media email newsletters press releases and blogs.
• Coordinate and manage public relations activities including media relations press releases and event planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and industry partners.
• Create and schedule engaging posts monitor social media activity and respond to customer inquiries.
• Analyze social media metrics to enhance engagement and reach.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed business marketing communication or economical or relevant trainings
• At least three years of professional experience on similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Working knowledge and past experience in publishing with print and Web media.
• Highly effective project management prioritization multitasking and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong presentation written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly desired: previous experience in healthcare services
• German and English language minimum C1
