What You Will Do

responsibilities related to COGS in partnership with the CFO and Finance team. You will maintain regular financial reporting that supports the operations team tracking savings objectives and making sure costs are coming in as reported and hitting goals. As a key member of the finance team supporting the overall business objectives you will build strong partnerships with the operations team and partner with both procurement and copackers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels to align with DIOH and working capital goals ensuring optimization to support business needs.
• Support budgeting forecasting and innovation efforts.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews with different department heads.
• Lead monthly review of results with Operations team.
• Ownership of CapEx/fixed asset tracking and reporting.
• Implement savings tracking process.
• Own optimization of inbound freight process to ensure accuracy and timeliness in landed cost.
• Provide support for the annual budgeting and reforecasting process.
• Assist with COGS inputs supporting the innovation process.
• Support the yearend audit.
• Assist with monthend close on an ad hoc basis.

You are a strategicallyminded financial professional who is motivated by the opportunity to own and drive key financial processes with a disruptive brand. You have a strong background working crossfunctionally especially in roles that bridge finance operations and supply chain. As someone who is flexible and nimble you thrive in a dynamic fastpaced and entrepreneurial environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats to help grow the business.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience with an inventorybased business CPG strongly preferred.
• B.S. in Finance Accounting or related Business degree.
• Strong financial analysis experience particularly in COGS ideally combined with Accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Expertise in forecasting financial analysis and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning fulfillment costs and logistics.
• Comfortable in a highgrowth dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset able to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
• Location: New Orleans LA or Santa Cruz CA preferred but open to other locations within the U.S.
