Our client a Retail & Distribution company in KSA. They are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This role involves leading and managing the sales team to achieve the companys sales targets in the Kingdom.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the Riyadh market.
- Leading motivating and managing the sales team providing coaching and mentoring to enhance team capabilities.
- Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive activities using insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics providing regular reports to senior management and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Managing the sales budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing product development and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the retail and distribution sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
