Position Overview: As a Frenchspeaking Content Moderator you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our online platforms by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content. You will work alongside a multicultural team utilizing your language skills and cultural understanding to ensure that our community guidelines are enforced consistently and fairly. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content in French across various digital platforms including social media forums and messaging apps.
- Evaluate content against established community guidelines and policies taking appropriate action to remove or escalate violations.
- Conduct indepth content analysis to identify trends patterns and emerging issues within the online community.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including legal engineering and customer support to address escalated issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to users helping to educate and guide them on appropriate online behavior.
- Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in content moderation continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French both written and spoken with a strong command of grammar and language conventions.
- Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Empathetic and culturally sensitive with a deep understanding of diverse perspectives and cultural nuances.
- Prior experience in content moderation customer support or a related field is advantageous but not required. We welcome candidates with a passion for online safety and community management.
