Job Description

Our client is a leading online FX & CFDs trading platform that serves clients across global markets. As we continue to expand we are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and drive HR initiatives that support our strategic objectives.

Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the business goals of our global operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees providing strategic HR support and driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness employee engagement and compliance with global HR practices. This role also involves leading recruitment efforts managing compensation and benefits programs and overseeing contract creation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide HR insights that align with and support these objectives.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing interviews and selection for various roles across global markets. Ensure a strong pipeline of talent that aligns with the companys strategic needs.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Work closely with the compensation team to design implement and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent globally.
  • Contract Creation & Management: Draft review and manage employment contracts ensuring they are compliant with local laws and aligned with company policies. Handle contract renewals amendments and terminations as needed.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance review process providing coaching and support to managers and employees to drive continuous improvement and development.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and work with the L&D team to deliver programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with global HR laws and regulations including labor laws employment standards and data protection requirements.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Use data analytics to track key HR metrics identify trends and provide insights to leadership for informed decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role. Experience in the financial services industry particularly in FX & CFDs trading is highly desirable.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in leading recruitment efforts particularly for roles in the financial services sector or similar industries.
  • Compensation & Benefits Knowledge: Strong understanding of compensation structures and benefits programs on a global scale.
  • Contract Management: Experience in drafting and managing employment contracts with a strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements.
  • Global HR Expertise: Strong understanding of global HR practices including experience with international labor laws and compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex HR issues.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Technology: Proficiency in HRIS systems data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
