Project Insight: Youll be working on a premier travel project helping business travelers navigate their journeys across the globe. This role goes beyond booking flights and hotels; its about creating a stressfree experience that allows travelers to focus on what truly matters their business.

Your Daily Tasks: In this role youll deliver topnotch customer care assisting business travelers with everything from flights to hotels and train travel. Youll ensure they arrive at meetings refreshed and return home on time to enjoy life with family and friends. Your contributions will make business trips smooth and hasslefree enhancing the overall travel experience.

What Were Looking For:

• Dutch language proficiency (C1 minimum) with strong English communication skills.
• EU citizenship or Bulgarian Residence Card is required.
• Experience in the travel airline or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Customer service experience especially in a call center is preferred.
• Excellent communication decisionmaking and organizational skills.
• A positive teamoriented attitude.
