Project Overview: Youll be working on a highprofile travel project supporting business travelers as they embark on global journeys. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each trip is smooth and stressfree allowing travelers to focus on their business objectives.

Your Daily Tasks: As a Business Travel Consultant youll provide hightouch customer care assisting with flights hotels and train travel arrangements. Your support ensures that business travelers can fly with ease arrive fresh for their meetings and return home on time to their loved ones.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher) and strong English skills.
• EU citizenship or Bulgarian Residence Card is mandatory.
• Experience in travel airlines or hospitality is advantageous.
• Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Strong communication decisionmaking and organizational skills.
• A proactive positive team player.
