Job Description

We are hiring an Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) Orthopaedic Unit for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are central to all we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting the safety health welfare and social wellbeing of patients and respect the dignity and confidentiality of patients and their families;
- Ensuring that records are protected and managed as per hospital policy and in accordance with relevant legislation
- Working closely with colleagues across the hospital in order to provide a seamless service delivery to the patients
- Communicate appropriately with colleagues and other members of the health care team.
- Function within the limits of NMBI and hospital policies procedures and standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other areas of the hospital as required.
Requirements
- Registered in the general division of NMBI
- At least 5 years post registration experience in an acute hospital setting
- Evidence of personal professional development
