Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales and marketing activities within the dental healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting dental implants and related products developing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives
- Promote various dental implants and ensure their optimal usage across different channels.
- Organize and execute promotional programs sales presentations and advertising campaigns for new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts medical professionals opinion leaders hospitals and private dental practitioners.
- Network effectively to monitor and ensure adequate stock levels at dental clinics institutions hospitals and dental colleges.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Analyze sales data to inform decisionmaking and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruit train and mentor sales team members to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and support to the team.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities are documented accurately and comply with company policies and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) Masters in Pharmacy (M.Pharma) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma). Candidates with knowledge in dental surgery and implants are preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Consistent academic record with a minimum of 55% marks in all academic years.
- Candidates should be above 28 years of age.
