About us:
We are a growing agency that helps businesses from different industries scale. Our team members are resultsdriven individuals who like to move fast get the job done and have fun doing it.
We are looking for a passionate designer obsessed with appealing creatives to create outofthisworld visuals for us and our clients.
Its important that you understand how to create visuals that capture the attention communicate the right message and convince viewers to take action.
You will be responsible for the entire process of understanding requirements and creating advertising and marketing designs like advertising banners landing pages social media banners presentations emails printings and many more.
How your day will look like:

Study design briefs and determine requirements
-
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
-
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
-
Develop competitive designs
-
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
-
Work with copywriters and the marketing director to produce the final design
-
Amend designs after feedback
-
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
Requirements
Check if you qualify:
-
Proven graphic designing experience for promotional reasons
-
A strong portfolio of ad banners illustrations or other graphics
-
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign Illustrator Figma Photoshop etc)

Ability to create visuals that communicate the right message & prompt actions
-
A keen eye for aesthetics and small details
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to meet deadlines
-
A degree in Design Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
