Job Description
- Lead and mentor the account management team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at a senior level.
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for key accounts.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects across branding, marketing, and communications.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with agency capabilities and resources.
- Monitor and report on key account performance metrics and client satisfaction.
- Manage resource allocation and budgeting for client projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into client strategies.
