We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager ECommerce for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing business or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar capacity of digital marketing including search engine optimization (SEO) social media marketing email marketing payperclick (PPC) advertising and content marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media paid search SEO
- Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns using Facebook Ads Google AdWords and other digital advertising platforms
- Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and digital sales channels
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Certifications in digital marketing such as Meta Blueprint Google Ads
- Google Analytics or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification would be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the annual/monthly topline target of the business is achieved
- Monitor reach traffic and conversion of each activity for insights and improvement
- Carry out digital marketing using all key channels and tools and optimize ROI for the business
- Manage marketing budget and monitor the spending while ensuring Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) is maximized and the agreed spending % is maintained within the threshold
- Mine and analyze customer behavior data and emerging trends to drive optimization and improvement of marketing techniques
- Analyzing data to find gaps in the business and come up with innovative effective and creative solutions to grow the ecommerce site
- Integrate/set up relevant tracking to the MarTech and AdTech tools/software
- Collaborate/monitor and review digital marketing activities of 3rd party agencies
- Coordinate with intercompany departments to achieve business goals.
- Prepare and review annual quarterly and monthly sales strategy plans for business and conduct postsales analysis
- Plan and execute a monthly marketing plan
- Coordinate with group IT and related IT vendors regarding system changes UL changes and websiterelated developments
- Coordinating new product arrivals with the business and looking at possible options to increase the online product portfolio
- Managing the content calendar and briefing the creative team for content development
- Ensure site performances are optimized and all the key elements such as site content navigation to support campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the business create reports for management
- Manage special projects related to ecommerce such as the Samsung Estore Expats Gift Vouchers
