Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Networking:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies including job boards social media networking and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a diverse network of both active and passive candidates across various IT sectors.
- Recruitment Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Promote job opportunities through multiple channels including social media and professional networks.
- Candidate Management:
- Oversee the endtoend candidate assessment process including resume screening skills testing and interviewing.
- Assist in offer negotiation and ensure the timely finalization of job offers and compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidates clients and job opportunities.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Understand the hiring needs and requirements of clients and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide regular progress reports to the management team sharing insights and data related to the recruitment process.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about hiring trends best practices and developments within the IT industry.
- Utilize industry knowledge to guide recruitment strategies and decisionmaking.
- Team Leadership (Optional):
- If applicable lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical/IT Recruiter focusing on IT positions.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
- Experience with major job portals such as Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and Shine.
- Team handling experience is an advantage.
