- Provide inspired leadership for the organization
- Make important policy planning and strategy decisions
- Develop implement and review operational policies and procedures

- Oversee reporting planning and auditing

- Support worker communication with the management team
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- At least 5 years experience in Operations Manager handling Healthcare account in a BPO industry is a must
- Strong background in People Management
- Strong background in Leadership
- Willing to work onsite ( Ortigas Pasig )
