USALCO LLC is a major unit within the manufacturing network of a leading provider of aluminumbased component products used in water treatment pulp and paper manufacturing the making of catalysts for oil refining the housing market and other sectors. Job Summary

The IT/Business Project Manager will be responsible for planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role will coordinate the efforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The IT/Business Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases from initial development through implementation.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations.

• Resource Allocation: Identify and manage project dependencies critical path items and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.

• Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.

• Budget Management: Track project costs and manage the project budget ensuring that expenditures are within the approved budget.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget and meet the required quality standards.

• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders including status reports risk assessments and project metrics.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in IT and business environments.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project JIRA).
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel 1020% as needed.
