Job Description

Hydraulic Technician

Role Description

Responsible for Perform onsite machinery inspections service assemble and install hydraulic hoses as required for a diverse customers base such as construction material handling rental companies etc. Troubleshooting maintaining and repairing hydraulic systems and heavy equipment.

Experience:

  1. Previous experience as a Hydraulic Technician or in a similar role is preferred
  2. Knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic systems is required
  3. Experience with automotive repair or industrial equipment maintenance is a plus
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  5. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for assembly and disassembly of hydraulic components
  6. Strong problemsolving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and identify issues with hydraulic components such as pumps cylinders valves hoses.
  • Inspec diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on a variety of equipment including caterpillar machines.
  • Experience with Hydraulic Systems and Mobile Hydraulics
  • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Bilingual A
  • Reliable Punctuality and attention to detail.
  • Flexible with changing schedules.
  • Open to 40 hours per week and/or overtime.
