Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations including financial reporting budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
• Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a team of 8 finance professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations accounting standards and company policies.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and decisionmaking.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles with a proven track record in team management and leadership.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and developing finance teams with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the property development sector is highly desirable.
• Compliance: Indepth understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
