Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab

Salary: $75000 $125000 (depending on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cath Lab team in Lewiston ID. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background particularly in critical care settings such as ICU Emergency Department or Cath Lab. This role requires a dedicated professional who is capable of delivering highquality patient care in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures including preparation monitoring and postprocedure care.
- Collaborate with physicians technicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes during Cath Lab procedures.
- Monitor and assess patients vital signs administer medications and assist with interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on procedures care plans and postoperative instructions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care procedures and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards hospital policies and best practices in Cath Lab nursing.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency within the Cath Lab.
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced nursing staff and team members as needed.
MustHaves:
- Licensure: Possess or be eligible to obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Idaho.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and NIH Stroke Scale certifications.
- Education: Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Previous experience in ICU Emergency Department or Cath Lab settings.
