Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to promote life insurance products
• Conduct market research to identify potential customer demographics and preferences
• Create and execute marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Utilize various channels such as online direct mail and telemarketing to reach potential customers
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments
• Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers
• Provide product information and guidance to potential customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate marketing materials
• Stay updated on industry trends competitors activities and customer preferences
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in marketing activities
• Participate in promotional events and activities to enhance brand visibility
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing and sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
• Proven experience in direct marketing preferably in the life insurance industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to drive marketing strategies
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for campaign management
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance in insurance marketing
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Customercentric mindset and a strong focus on delivering value
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
