Logistics and Freight Coordinator

• Assist customers with daily cargo sales bookings across various airline products.
• Secure and confirm booking capacities with airlines and communicate with customers accordingly.
• Provide expert advice to customers on airline product requirements.
• Manage the administration of cargo bookings including loading flight reservations into the system and ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers warehouses carriers customs and other relevant parties to meet shipment requirements.
• Monitor shipment statuses and update customers promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in airfreight customer service coloading or related fields.
• Strong skills in MS Office particularly Excel.
• Willingness to work on shifts and weekends as required.
