Job Description

Due to increasing market demand our client is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their operations in the Germanspeaking region of Switzerland. This position will be based in their new branch in the Zug/Zurich area.
About Our Client: Our client is a Swiss company specializing in energy savings for large buildings. Their technology enables significant cost reductions without compromising the comfort of the buildings occupants. The company was founded by the same team to design produce and market an entirely new generation of Swissmade voltage stabilizers: more efficient more powerful and connected to a cloudbased software and database to measure and analyze the electricity consumption of large buildings in real time. To date more than 100 of our clients new devices have been installed in Switzerland and Europe helping clients save 8 to 15% on their electricity bills while doubling the lifespan of all electrical equipment and reducing the carbon footprint of buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand and manage client relationships with large enterprises and public entities in Germanspeaking Switzerland.
  • Drive sales of technical products focusing on energy efficiency and costreduction solutions for large buildings.
  • Manage and oversee complex projects ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets including CHF 250K during the initial 6month training period and CHF 500K annually thereafter.
  • The activity will be concentrated along the BernLucerneZurich corridor with frequent travel to client sites.
  • 80% of the time will be spent traveling to client locations.

Ideal Profile:
  • Education: Technical background with at least 5 years of experience in a commercial or technical sales role in Germanspeaking Switzerland.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in B2B sales particularly with large companies and public entities selling technical products or solutions.
  • Skills: A dynamic motivated and independent individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions are essential.
  • Languages: Native or bilingual in German (including dialect) with a good command of English (B2 minimum). Knowledge of French is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must have a personal vehicle for frequent business travel.
  • Fluent in both English and German with frequent use of both languages in internal and client communications.
