Your typical day:
You will be expected to deliver highquality customer service mainly by inbound calls live chat email and social media.
As a Customer Support assistant you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face.
What you need:
- Fluency in German both written and verbal
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in sports
- High school education
