We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls emails and chat messages from community members and partners providing accurate information about our programs and services.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns that arise ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with beneficiaries including inquiries issues and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Conduct followup communications to ensure that inquiries and issues have been resolved to the satisfaction of the beneficiaries.
- Assist with the coordination and support of virtual events and webinars providing technical support to participants as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Comfortable using CRM systems email platforms and virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
