Overview
The Adobe Analytics role is integral to our organization as it entails leveraging data to provide valuable insights and drive strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Adobe Analytics to analyze website traffic and customer behavior
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
- Interpret and communicate findings to crossfunctional teams
- Implement and optimize Adobe Analytics tracking codes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform deepdive analysis to identify opportunities for optimization
- Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data from various sources
- Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in Adobe Analytics
- Train and mentor junior analysts on Adobe Analytics best practices
- Automate repetitive data processes and reporting tasks
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Utilize visualization tools to create compelling data visualizations
- Conduct adhoc analysis as per business requirements
- Assist in the integration of Adobe Analytics with other systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong understanding of web analytics and digital marketing concepts
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Adobe Analytics is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies
