Overview

Key responsibilities

• Create captivating motion graphics for digital platforms marketing materials and video content.
• Develop storyboards concept layouts and design animations that accurately reflect the brands vision.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Utilize creativity and artistic techniques to deliver highquality animations and visual effects.
• Work with marketing and design teams to incorporate motion graphics into videos and presentations.
• Optimize and prepare designs for various formats and channels.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
• Assist in the creation of assets for marketing and social media purposes.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks and projects.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously managing time and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with video editors copywriters and other stakeholders to ensure effective storytelling through visual content.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill improvement to enhance creative capabilities.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs and projects.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Animation Multimedia or a related field.
• Demonstrable proficiency in motion graphics animation and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.
• Understanding of typography color theory and layout in motion design.
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques and tools.
• Ability to interpret and execute scripts storyboards and creative briefs into effective visual designs.
• Knowledge of video formats codecs and compression techniques for online delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a creative team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Capability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Understanding of social media trends and digital content creation.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes effectively.
• Experience in creating visual content for digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML CSS and web design principles is advantageous.
