Administration or similar field.
Role Definition:
The HR & Administrative Executive is responsible for managing HR functions including
recruitment employee relations payroll and benefits while also handling daytoday
administrative tasks. This dual role ensures the smooth operation of both HR and
administrative functions contributing to a positive work environment and efficient office
management.
Responsibility Deliverables:
- Should have strong communication skills.
- Should have knowledge of Labour Laws.
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the office including office supplies maintenance and cleanliness.
- Should have knowledge of the end to end recruitment process.
- Implementing and maintaining the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Managing employee separation processes including resignations and settlements.
- Overseeing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Performing any other HRrelated duties as directed by the Director.
- Provide administrative support to management including scheduling meetings handling correspondence and preparing documents.
- Maintain accurate HR and administrative records ensuring they are up to date and
- compliant with legal requirements.
Tasks & Activities:
Recruitment:
Posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates through work india
local advertisement indeed linkedin etc.
Screening resumes & conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate
suitability.
Employee Separation:
Processing employee resignations and initiating separation procedures.
Conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback from departing employees.
Facilitating the settlement of final dues and benefits.
Other HR Duties:
Assisting with HR administrative tasks including recordkeeping data entry and report
generation.
Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and providing HRrelated guidance
and support.
