Overview
As an Insurance Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients. You will be responsible for generating leads building relationships with clients and ensuring that customers insurance needs are met. This position is vital in driving revenue and expanding the customer base for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer insurance products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate clients on various insurance options and help them choose the right products
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance in claims processing
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to customers
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts

- Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Sound knowledge of insurancerelated laws and regulations

- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed
- Certification in insurance or related field is a plus
