Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Document Specialist with extensive experience in Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating updating and managing a wide range of technical documents including highlevel design documents statements of work (SoWs) technology upgrade solutions and innovative presentations. This role is crucial in ensuring our organization delivers clear concise and professional documentation that aligns with client requirements and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Document Preparation:
  • Develop highlevel design documents based on client leads focusing on Azure technologies.
  • Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SoWs) for infrastructure platform migration transition and transformation projects.
  • Create detailed technology upgrade solution documents that outline proposed upgrades and benefits.
  1. Company Profiles & Presentations:
  • Regularly update and maintain company profiles to reflect the latest offerings achievements and capabilities.
  • Design and develop presentation documents that convey technical information in an innovative and engaging manner.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technical teams project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for document creation.
  • Ensure that all documents meet client requirements and adhere to organizational standards for clarity accuracy and presentation.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Review and proofread all documents to ensure they are free of errors and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain document templates and ensure that all documentation is consistent in format and style.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay uptodate with the latest developments in Azure technologies and document best practices.
  • Propose and implement improvements to the documentation process to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure platform migration transition and transformation.
  • Documentation Skills:
  • Extensive experience in creating highlevel design documents SoWs and technical solution documents.
  • Proficient in developing innovative and visually appealing presentation documents.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear concise and accessible documents.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
  • Tools & Software:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) and other relevant documentation tools.
  • Experience with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the technology or cloud services industry.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
