Responsibilities:
Platform Maintenance and Support:
Implement new features and resolve issues on Salesforce.
Configure and enhance Salesforce Communities for optimal user experiences.
Address feature implementation and issue resolution on Simpligov and other formbuilding tools.
Provide implementation and integration support for thirdparty applications (Mulesoft Okta OnBase etc.).
Offer internal delegate admin support on various applications.
Application Development and Enhancement:
Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop custom Apex code Visualforce pages Lightning components and other Salesforce configurations.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
Design and implement data models workflows and validation rules.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Conduct thorough QA and QC testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
Create and implement regression tests to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively suggest improvements to the platform based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Participate in periodic security checks and remediations for the platform and applications.
Provide training support for the platform and applications to internal users.
