AEM Designer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AEM components templates and workflows to support dynamic personalized digital experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives for AEM initiatives.
• Customize and optimize AEM platform functionality to achieve seamless integration with other systems and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for frontend development including responsive design UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Participate in A/B testing and optimization efforts to enhance the performance and user experience of AEM solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure AEM design and code quality.
• Proactively identify and address technical and functional design issues to maintain the integrity and performance of AEM solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM capabilities and features and recommend their integration to enhance our digital experiences.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate AEM solutions with backend systems and databases.
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of AEMrelated technical issues and challenges.
• Document AEM design and development processes best practices and guidelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AEM design and development processes and standards.
• Participate in sprint planning estimation and delivery of AEM design and development tasks.
• Communicate project status risks and challenges to project stakeholders and management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in designing and developing AEM solutions within a corporate or agency environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AEM building blocks including templates components and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and their application in AEM development.
• Ability to create and maintain efficient welldocumented and reusable AEM code.
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture performance optimization and scalability best practices.
• Experience with integrating AEM with thirdparty applications RESTful services and APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex AEMrelated issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality results under tight deadlines.
• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager and/or related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in crossfunctional teams is desirable.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest digital trends technologies and best practices.
