Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs in full stack development.
• Developing curriculum and training materials that align with industry trends and best practices.
• Conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback to learners to facilitate skill development.
• Facilitating handson coding sessions and guiding learners through realworld development scenarios.
• Utilizing various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure uptodate and relevant training content.
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress and performance of trainees.
• Providing mentorship and support to individuals transitioning into full stack development roles.
• Staying informed about emerging technologies and incorporating them into the training program.
• Identifying and addressing any gaps or challenges in the training process.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and skill acquisition.
• Adhering to educational standards and guidelines while delivering training sessions.
• Participating in continuous professional development to enhance training delivery skills.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand industry requirements and adapt training programs accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a full stack developer with indepth knowledge of frontend and backend technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training delivery and curriculum development preferably in a technical field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Python and Java.
• Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and libraries (e.g. React Angular Node.js).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
• Experience in conducting workshops coding bootcamps or immersive coding programs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and pedagogical methods.
• Certifications in training instructional design or related areas would be advantageous.
• Understanding of agile development practices and familiarity with version control systems.
• Passion for continuous learning and a studentcentric approach to teaching.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching individuals in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively juggle multiple training tasks.
• Sound knowledge of software engineering principles and industry best practices.
