Job Description
A globally recognized investment management firm focused on fixed income and equity assets is seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Spring Boot and associated technologies along with domain knowledge in finance. The role requires a proactive individual who is mindful of security vulnerabilities capable of refactoring and improving existing code and adding new functionalities to meet business needs.
Job Requirements:
- 4 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer
- 4 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- 4 years of experience with JPA Hibernate.
- Handson experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS Cloud..
- Experience in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Offer Details:
- Longterm contractor position (no medical/paid leave)
- Fulltime dedication (40 hours/week)
- REQUIRED: 8hour overlap with PST (Pacific Time)
Interview Process:
- 2 rounds ( one technical for 30 min one culture fit for 30 45 min )
