Job Description: Field Sales Executive
Location: Chennai
Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads meeting sales targets and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Conduct facetoface meetings with potential clients to present products/services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits addressing any client questions or concerns.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including client interactions sales and followups.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives as set by the management.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or crosssell to maximize revenue.
- Compliance & Ethical Selling:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Promote the companys products and services with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Field Sales or Direct Sales
- Languages: Proficiency in Tamil with additional languages like English and Hindi preferred
- Skills: Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
