Job Description
Financial Controller
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy financial planning and analysis financial reports company audits compliance and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding companys financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities:
Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow and cash management and company audits
Prepare regular financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Review negotiate advise & execute financial transactions ranging from new business ventures equity & debt financing etc
Responsible for coordination & completion of external audit
Would be required to visit facilities across India to oversee audit etc
Responsible for any other matter relevant to the position as may be determined by the management of the company from time to time
Qualifications:
Strong financebased analytical skills
12 15 years of finance experience
Corporate Finance experience
Qualified and registered Chartered Accountant mandatory
Experience of working with Big 4 Statutory Audit firms is preferrable
Willing to relocate to Chandigarh
