Role DescriptionThis is a fulltime onsite role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located at Jayanagar Bengaluru. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance maintaining phone etiquette and ensuring effective communication. They will assist with executive administrative tasks and utilize clerical skills to support the team.

- Perform coordination tasks for recruitment
- Manage and maintain executives schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and mail
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings including agenda preparation minutetaking and followup on action items
- Maintain and manage office administrative team
- Manage CEOs calendar and appointments
- Coordinate and arrange team building events for office staff
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Liaise with IT support for technical issues and office equipment maintenance
- Manage Reception
- Reconcile and manage petty expenses
- SkillsStrong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
