Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads and cold calls using a sales script.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with contact details and status information.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve their issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
