Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and implementing the organizations strategic direction and business plans
• Leading and managing the executive team fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Ensuring effective financial management and oversight including budgeting forecasting and reporting
• Developing and implementing risk management strategies to safeguard the organizations financial stability
• Overseeing compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including investors regulators and partners
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth and expansion
• Monitoring industry trends and developments to adapt the organizations strategies accordingly
• Representing the organization in highlevel negotiations and public events
• Continuously evaluating and improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Driving a culture of innovation excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Acting as a visible and influential leader embodying the organizations values and vision
• Ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of the organizations operations
• Reporting to the Board of Directors and providing regular updates and insights on the organizations performance and strategic direction
• Handling crisis management and making difficult decisions in challenging situations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful leadership as a CEO or in a similar toplevel executive role
• Extensive experience in the banking or NBFC industry with a deep understanding of its operations and challenges
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful strategic plans that drive business growth
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing largescale financial operations
• Indepth knowledge of risk management strategies and practices
• Expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and ensuring compliance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure with a focus on longterm organizational success
• Master s or advanced degree in business administration finance or a related field
• Professional certifications or memberships in relevant industry associations
