Job Description
Overview:
The Web Development Intern plays a crucial role in assisting with the design coding and modification of websites and web applications to ensure they are functional and visually appealing. This position is essential in helping the organization maintain an effective online presence and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in website and software application design and development
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze design and build new features
- Testing and debugging website content and code
- Assist with content management and website maintenance
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various backend services and databases
- Stay abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
- Work on special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Familiarity with web development tools and programming languages (HTML CSS JavaScript etc.)
- Basic understanding of web design principles and best practices
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
