Job Description

Create a strategy for global sales for CPaaS business

Responsibilities:

  • Have a good understanding of the CPaaS business products or services and be able to advise others about the services.
  • Create a strategy for global sales for CPaaS business
  • Create a list of prospects in specific regions to be targeted
  • Seek out the appropriate contacts worldwide
  • Generate leads and meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
  • Independently pursue and prospect into customers
  • Develop datadriven insights and recommendations on sales pipeline segmentation and key account targeting.
  • Mentor the team to provide leadership and spearhead Sales and Business
  • Development initiatives
  • Develop alliances and partnerships and drive channel sales in the assigned region.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers partnerships products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences meetings and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Experience in A2P messaging sales globally.
  • Create and Mentor a Team.
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and maintain reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills needed for communicating with a range of people both internally and externally as well as presentation skills.
  • Strong project management organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance be proactive and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
