Responsibilities:
- Have a good understanding of the CPaaS business products or services and be able to advise others about the services.
- Create a strategy for global sales for CPaaS business
- Create a list of prospects in specific regions to be targeted
- Seek out the appropriate contacts worldwide
- Generate leads and meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Independently pursue and prospect into customers
- Develop datadriven insights and recommendations on sales pipeline segmentation and key account targeting.
- Mentor the team to provide leadership and spearhead Sales and Business
- Development initiatives
- Develop alliances and partnerships and drive channel sales in the assigned region.
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers partnerships products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences meetings and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Skills & Qualification:
- Experience in A2P messaging sales globally.
- Create and Mentor a Team.
- Ability to analyze sales figures and maintain reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills needed for communicating with a range of people both internally and externally as well as presentation skills.
- Strong project management organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance be proactive and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
