Overview
An HR Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying attracting and acquiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of an organization. The position is pivotal in ensuring the organization has a competent and skilled workforce that aligns with its goals and values. The HR Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers develops recruitment strategies and implements efficient processes to secure highperforming candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels job fairs social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while communicating the interview process and company culture to candidates.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential employees.
- Participate in career events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall recruitment and onboarding process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding ensuring a positive impression of the organization.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role preferably in the HR or talent acquisition field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation and hiring best practices.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools such as applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and candidate assessments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Sound judgment and decisionmaking skills with a focus on delivering quality hires.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive and detailoriented approach to recruitment and candidate management.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent for the organization.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and HR software.
- Experience in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives is an advantage.
- HR certification or further education in Human Resources is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
